i didn't fall off of the face of the earth...but but i was hangin by a thread.

Aight let's see....This weekend was pretty sweet i suppose...i had a good time on all accounts...and i'd liek to announce that i think that i am no longer sick...bonus.

i will resume running....and attempt to get into shape...beginning tomorrow. This includes less of several things...less....being fat....less...thinking about running instead of doing it...less drinking anything that isn't water or gatorade or orange juice, etc....you get the idea....less staying playing halo? we'll see how that one goes.

Anyways...i bought a bootlegged copy of Kill Bill, not too bad quality, and after seeing it a second time..i have to say that movie rocks my socks off. Top 5 all time.

The bears beat the fuckin broncos today...you have no idea how happy that makes me.....rock on

Finished Running with the Buffaloes today, I finished in like 2 and half weeks, that's gotta be like an alltime record for me. I really couldn't put it down. What a great book....now on to Once a Runner....

i'm sick again....i feel horrible. How can some get sick....it last for about 3 weeks...go away..but still have the leftovers of being sick...i.e...Cough, congested sinuses....then get sick again 2 weeks later. This sucks...i feel the exact same way i felt at the beginning of october. No more runnign for a while..just getting better.

i felt like shit today...my sinuses are hitting me hard.

Even running with the buffaloes couldn't get me to run more than 10 minutes.

For those of you haven't read it, that book is like pure motivation. The inspiration just leaks with every page. Adam Goucher is the main runner. He has it all...the top runner in the nation. But i like to model myself after "the dog", Chris Severy, the way he attacked running and life was very inspiring. Sevdog was in a fatal biking accident during the season. It was all very sad. The whole team went through so much during the season it's unreal....it's like playmakers...hard to believe all that drama happened to one team. Well so many shitty things happened to this team.

gotta run tomorrow...just thinking about this book makes me want to run.

wednesday, i did 61 minutes, thursday, 30 minutes, Friday-40 minutes

Yesterday i took off, for a halo tournament...yes that's right..i'm an uber nerd.....I also watched the matrix revoloutions last night...it was pretty decent i'd say....but the second and third installments just don't seem to have that quality that just blows you away like the first one. they are still pretty good movies in their own right though.

Today...watched the bears struggle on Offense..while playing an oustanding defensive game...that's just a tough loss.
