today was the laziest day in the history of the world.

the entire day was spent either in fron of the tv or in front of the computer. No homework..no running. I did watch the adidas boston indoor games so that was cool. A track event actually on tv. How rare is that? Anyway..i will run tomorrow because i am inspired now...even though there was like 14 minutes of actual coverage. I'm serious. They showed part of women's pole vault...like 2 vaults. The mens 60 which takes 10 seconds of total coverage...womens 60 hurdles...same goes for that. Womens 800...and mens 1000....mid distance...cool to watch. Then the mens 3000....and they didn't even show all of it! what the fuck?!....they skipped about 3 or 4 laps....my god....the race had about the most accomplished track athlete in the history of the world (Haile Gebrselasse) in running in it and the network couldn't show the whole race. And that was all for the track. There was a comercial every 5 minutes. So for the hour long program...i bet at least half was comercials...not even joking. Maybe 25 minutes of commercials. Not sure...i wasn't timing. But anyway..enough ranting. I mean it wouldn't be a lazy day without ranting about something that you're never going to do anything about. I'm surprised i had enough energy to rant....F lazy

As it would be, i already fucked up on my first math quiz of the semester. Well not fucked up, but i missed one out of 2 questions. It was stuff that was covered before i actually signed up for the class to...so whatever. I'll get em next time. I'm still looking strong, straight A's i tell you.

My running is still kind of sporadic at the moment, once i get my schedule down there be constant updates of my fitness. My eating has to get better. That's the one thing that is not so good right now. Gotta eat more subway.
I"m a little sick too, it's been lingering for a while now. It really hasn't seemed that i've been completely healthy since the beginning of october. Maybe for like a week or two over christmas break i felt really good, but then i could tell that i was getting sick. Only i never got completely sick..i'm just really stuffed and i can feel it in my chest that i 'm sick. But i bought some nasal spray so i can breathe...because that has been a problem.

Well i'm not running today because it is was 3 degrees when i woke up at 9, but i'll run a couple miles tomorrow, then 3 or 4 on sunday.

Pats and panthers in the superbowl...gotta root for the underdog...go panthers

what's up with my homies?

i"m on the verge of changing my major. Ahhh...shit. A math major..back to my roots so to speak. Wow...messed up indeed. So yeah..i did a shitload of homework today..i'm starting on the right foot..so that's a good deal. Not much going on right now. I'm trying to get a job...but it's difficult. Let's hope it works out. Not a whole lot to say right now.

Bloody hell...

I haven't ran too much lately...but that is changing pending on my decision to run a marathon this fall. Either Chicago of Twin Cities probably. Today...no running...but some crunches and i stretched out. Today was also the first day of classes. I can see my self getting straight A's this semester. Not because my classes are easy..but because i have to.

I left my book that i was reading at home...so i'm starting a new one. Pudd'nhead Wilson by Mark Twain.

I took an online IQ test and i scored a 144. Ha..Eat it Drew.

I leave you with inspiration.

i can't sleep...a lot on my mind....

i'm going forward with this idea of mine...it's a long shot...but i gotta try to be at peace with my self i suppose...i can't let the cat out of the bag right now...but i let it be known how it turned out.

anyway...since i'm here..my as well update. i had been running pretty regularly...and played football 3 times. for a week or so though i haven't ran.. but on monday i'm starting this hip new training schedule. There has been a lot of changes recently..and there will continue to be massive changes in my daily routine and my life in general...mostly dealing with my life at school. Nothing is certain yet....except for i must and will get a job....i may be involved with the track team but will almost certainly not be running for the team. This is the cause of my new training regimen coming into creation. Over hauling my theories on time management also...pretty much shitcanning anything i ever thought about managing my time cuz it's all been sucked ass. I'm open to suggestion on this and am starting out with a basic reward system...

Anways...back to my new training....it's going to start off really slow...which will allow me to focus on school intensively this semester....but in about 32 weeks i'm gonna run a 10k in about 38-40 minutes..starting out slow....then in a little over a year i'm going to run my first marathon in hopefully the low 3 hour range...3.20 maybe

i'm still not tired...it's almost 6.30 in the morning...

So monday...my base training will commence...15 weeks of slow mileage...not even that much mileage either...i think my first week will be around 25-30

i'm going to run a race sometime in january to update my fitness..jeez..it'll be slow...probably like 19 something for a 5k

until that day...there could be some updates...let's hope so
