Check it.

Got a lot done today but should have got a lot more done. Managing time is a bitch. I get something done and then i just want to sit down for a while. I gotta get after it.

today i did squeeze in a run though.
workout-
80 situps in AM
afternoon ran for 23.11

didn't feel too good. But the weight needs to come down before it feels like it used to feel.

I'm down for the count

the monday hit me hard today as i find myself exhausted from a busy day.

Went to class all morning and did homework in the afternoon. I also put a stranglehold on my finances. Things are going pretty well. I took the day off runningwise.

But work out for Sunday..start of the week:

33.08 minutes at an easy pace
Did 75 crunches in the morning and then some long crunches in the afternoon as well as pushups. Didn't do anything today, but plan for tomorrow is to get about 20-25 minutes easy. I gotta lose weight before i can train comfortably..this is all part of the process. I'm on my way.

I'm gonna go read the count and then count sheep. later

moral for today...don't necessarily stop something because you were doing it for the wrong reason. It could be the right thing to do. Find the right reasons to do what you love. Be inspired...and inspire others. Whatever it is that you love to do...do it like there is no tomorrow. This could be several things of course. Show passion in life. Whether this is religious endeavors or just simple sport. To sort of paraphrase one of my favorite movies....It's the hardest thing in the world to believe in something, but if you do..it's a miracle. You don't have to believe in god... just believe in yourself.
