I actually only finished up with about 39 miles last week. it started off so promising and then i got lazy. Seems to happen all the time. The last laziness has to end somewhere..it has to end some time. What better place than here...what better time than now?

Saturday I ran maybe a mile...i'm lazy. That gave me a low total for last week.
Sunday- I ran 12 miles on a rocky trail.
Monday- Am, weights, Pm-8 miles total, 4.5 fairly hard.
Today- i ran 4 miles in the morning. I'll get back to you for today's workout.
This is really short because i'm pissed. I just wrote a really long blog and it got erased somehow.

Ok...yesterday i went about 60 minutes...so i'm gonna call that 8.5 miles. I felt really tired afterwards.
I think i'm going to take today off due to the fact that i'm still really tired and sore. My body just hurts.
I'm gonna ice bath and then get another 8-10 in tomorrow

Damn...i'm just having trouble updating lately.
Ok..last saturday...i only ended up running a mile then playing some frisbee.
So 1 mile. Total for last week-32.5 miles
This week...I woke up late for our sunday run...i was pissed. I sprinted to FAC but the vans had already left. Bummer
I didn't run that day..because football consumed me.
Monday, I lifted weights in the morning, then did a workout in the afternoon. 2 mile warmup...8 400's at 70-75 with the last 1 at 67. Kind of a shitty workout. Then 2 miles cool down..6 total
Tuesday. I just biked 45 minutes. I was feeling sick and weak. i biked 16.2 miles though. Seems l ike a long way to go in 45 minutes. It was on random too so there were hills thrown in and what not. Then we did a lot of plyometric drills and situps and stuff.
Wednesday, weights in the morning, then 9.5 miles in the afternoon. It was a good workout. There were 4 long hills that we had to do in our run..so that hurt. i'd say i went the first 5 miles in 6.45-7 pace.

Sunday-0
Monday- Am-Weights, pm- 7 miles total
Tuesday-Coach had us all in the pool for 45 minutes
Wednesday-weights in the morning, the afternoon we had a workout. 1.5 warmup, then i had about a 25 minute threshold at 6.15 pace, Total of 6.5 miles
Thursday- 4 miles in the morning, 6 miles at night ....10 total
K..now to yesterday
I got up sort of late...went to the east side of campus to get me a fly new haircut before we head out to peoria for teh bradley invitational. It was a relatively short bus ride...we watched a jet li movie. it was ok. As soon as we got of the bus Whitney and I did a workout around Detweiler Park. We ran for about 57 minutes....I'm gonna call it 8 miles. I saw leah there too..so bonus. The races were pretty exciting. The guys didn't do as well as expected....
Only 2 guys under 27 minutes... not so good. But i think we'll be better.
the girls did pretty awesome. Jenni finished in teh top 20 and the rest of the 6 girls finished in the top 70.

dudes and dudettes....
i've been neglecting my daily workout updates....
Tuesday- Am-4miles Pm-5 miles and then a ton of drills/situps/pushups
Wednesday-6 miles at a good pace, then 150 crunches and 75 pushups
Thursday-4 miles in the mornin, 4.5 miles in the pm then a lot more plyometric drills
Friday(today for those of you not in the know) - no mileage, due to getting really drunk last night.
Saturday- hopefully i'll make up for missing friday by doing extra mileage. that woudl be cool

new week....well well...
Yesterday Sunday, i took off.
Ok today... lots of things went on today...i got some good sleep last night.
Today...had some good lunch. Then went to practice
Warmed up for 1.5 miles. Stretched. Then was the workout. It was done in really windy and really wet conditions. On grass also.
I did 4 800's, with 2.30 rest in between. Those were at 2.52, 2.49, 2.50, 2.58. Then I took 1 off and jogged a half mile, then right in to another one. That was at 2.43, then i did the same thing. Jogged a half mile then went into another one. at 2.43 again. then jogged another half mile and then cooled down for the 1.5 miles home.
Total workout mileage-7.5 miles
Got a little homework done tonight...ordered some Giordano's! hells yeah.... the give ya fucking some smooches too.
sorry...but yeah...i'm starting my new book now...high fidelity...cuz i finally finished one flew over the cuckoo's nest.
but i need sleep, sadly, 7 am run tomorrow
