all along along....
there were incidents and accidents...
there were hints and allegations...

OK...where to begin. did 4 on wednesday morning....
thursday off....friday....did 5 with a dip in the lake.....saturday. off
oh yeah..breaking news...my friends suck
and i changed my running week from monday-sunday, to sunday-saturday.

so..my mileage for that week was 33.5

and i did 8 today.

Another day and the hurt is infinite.

I hurt so much it loves. err...i love you so much it hurts? No...it hurts. But what is a good analogy for the type of hurt I am experiencing. Oh forget it...i'm just a whiner.

Am workout- I only did a mile cuz i'm a pussy. i went out did not feel too hot....came back.
PM workout- 4 miles on grass, 8 100 meter strides, plyometric drills and situps and all that cool stuff.

Total mileage-5.5 miles

The other part of my day was a bit lackadaisical? I have no idea how to spell that word. I made some killer progress in my Madden 2004 Bears franchise. Kordell Stewart just got injured in the 8th game of the season and Grossman came in and sparkled. A hint of things to come? That would be cool.

I'm back at school...Uic...

The training has commenced. And so has the hurt.

Sunday...9.5 miles.

Today's workout- A.m. 4.5 mils, fairly easy...but it didn't feel easy..i was really sore from the previous day.
PM-5 miles, We went out 18, Jumped into Lake Michigan, then came back. Stretched afterwards then got our physicals and lockers and that mess.

Been a nice day though. My room is a sweet setup. Love it, MRH 122, check it.
